"Indeed, this land has previously been used by the Bengkulu Scout Region 07 Kwartir, today we as the Bengkulu Provincial Government donated the land and building, including one car," explained the Governor.

"As we all know, this land previously belonged to the Dharma Wanita of Bengkulu Province. Thank God, the head of the Dharma Wanita was kind and gave us this land and building. "Therefore, I advise you to make good use of this location and continue to work for the Bengkulu 07 Scout Movement Quarter," explained Rohidin.

He further said that scouts are very important in helping the government, especially Bengkulu.

According to him, the Scout cadre process is also tiered, starting from Alert, Penggalang, Penegak and Pandega. This process is something that other organizations sometimes don't have.

"We see that the Scouts are a complete unit, this can be seen from the cadre process from the lowest level, namely Alert, Penggalang, Enforcer and Pandega and this process is sometimes what we see in other organizations," said the Governor.

"Apart from that, the Bengkulu Kwartir Scouts have made many achievements as stated by Hamka Sabri's brother and he is also the head of the regional Kwartir of the 07 Bengkulu scout movement," explained the Governor of Bengkulu and chairman of the Bengkulu 07 Scout Kamabida.

On the other hand, Chairman of the Scout Movement 07 Bengkulu Regional Quarter, Hamka Sabri, expressed his gratitude to the Bengkulu Provincial Government for granting land, buildings and vehicles to the Scout Movement 07 Bengkulu Quarter.

"Previously, the extended family of the 07 Bengkulu Scout Movement Regional Quarter would like to thank the Governor of Bengkulu, who is also the chairman of the Bengkulu Scout 07 Kamabida and Derta Rohidin's brother. We have donated land and buildings, including a car, as for the land area and "This building is around 300 or 400 (m²)," explained Hamka Sabri.
