KPU Kaur Mencatat Ada 30 TPS Blank Spot, Berikut Kesulitannya

Terkait dengan pengaman untuk Pemilu nanti, Polres Kaur sendiri siap menerjunkan seluruh personelnya.

Untuk pola pengamanan Kapolres menjelaskan akan di bagi menjadi tiga yakni, TPS kurang rawan, TPS rawan, kemudian TPS sangat Rawan.

Untuk TPS kurang rawan akan ditempat dua personil di 5 TPS, kemudian TPS rawan dua personil di 1 TPS, sementara untu TPS rawan akan ditempatkan satu personil di 1 TPS.

"TPS sangat rawan di Kabupaten Kaur ini ada tiga lokasi. Yakni dua TPS di Tanjung Kemuning dan satu TPS di Kecamatan Tetap," sampai Kapolres.

Dia menambahkan, pengecekan lokasi TPS terpencil, blankspot dan berbahaya sudah dilakukan beberapa waktu yang lalu

Bertujuan untuk membuat perencanaan pengamanan pendistribusian dan juga pelaksanaan Pemilu nantinya.

"Kita komitmen, akan mengawal pelaksanaan Pemilu ini sampai dengan selesai dan berjalan dengan lancar," tukasnya.

The General Election Commission (KPU) Kaur noted that there were as many as 30 blank spot polling stations (TPS) in remote areas.

Located in a remote area, the 30 blank spot TPS are certainly one of the obstacles ahead of the General Election (Pemilu) on 14 February.

Logistics distribution to the recapitulation of vote counting will later be hampered at 30 blank spot polling stations.

In fact, at 30 blank spot polling stations it will be more difficult to get the vote count results because of signal problems.

Bearing in mind that the KPU itself will implement a Recapitulation Information System (Sirekap) in carrying out future elections.

"Apart from being difficult to include logistics, in some of these locations it will of course be difficult to know the vote count," said KPU Chair Kaur Muklis Aryanto.

bahkan, di 30 tps blank spot akan lebih susah untuk didapatkan hasil penghitungan suaranya karena terkendala dengan sinyal.

 mengingat kpu sendiri  akan menerapkan sistem informasi rekapitulasi (sirekap) dalam melaksanakan pemilu nantinya.
"selain sulit untuk memasukan logistik, di beberapa lokasi tersebut tentu saja akan susah untuk mengetahui penghitungan suaranya," kata ketua kpu kaur muklis aryanto.
untuk solusi terhadap 30 tps blank spot kpu kaur akan mengintruksikan kepada petugas dilokasi
agar mendokumentasikan hasil penghitungan dengan menggunakan handphone terlebih dahulu. 
kemudian handphone akan dibawa ke lokasi yang memiliki jaringan internet untuk mengirim hasil penghitungan suara.

"kita akan perintahkan petugas yang disana untuk tetap cepat mengirim hasil penghitungan. agar cepat di upload di aplikasi sirekap," ujar muklis.
muklis menjelaskan, 30 tps yang masuk ke wilayah blank spot tersebut tersebar di 15 kecamatan se-kabupaten kaur. 
pantauan lokasi 30 tps blank spot adalah daerah yang sulit dijangkau.
parahnya lagi  akses menuju 30 tps blank spot adalah tanah kuning  yang juga akan menjadi faktor utama sulitnya untuk pengiriman rekapan data.

"meskipun demikian, untuk masyarakat umum yang penasaran dengan hasil pilkada dapatmengakses www.infopemilu.kpu.go.id ada malam harinya untuk mendapatkan gambaran hasil pemilu 2024 nantinya," terang muklis.
ditambahkannya, dari 434 tps yang ada di kabupaten kaur, 367 diantaranya kualitas sinyal kuat sedang, 37 lemah sementara 30 sisanya tak ada sinyal. 
namun kini pihaknya berupaya mencari solusi terkait jaringan tersebut.
juga pihaknya sedang memberikan pelatihan dengan pps, kpps hingga ppk terkait dengan teknis sirekap yang mewajibkan meng upload hasil perhitungan suara usai dilakukan penghitungan suara nantinya.

"dari hasil upload yang kita lakukan nanti, akan terbaca dengan sirekap. berapa jumlah perolehan suara masing-masing peserta pemilu," tukasnya.
sementara itu, kapolres kaur polda bengkulu akbp h. eko budiman s.ik, m.ik, m.si, siap mengerahkan seluruh anggotanya untuk mengamankan pelaksanaan pemilu mendatang.

muklis explained that the 30 tps that entered the blank spot area were spread across 15 sub-districts throughout kaur regency.

"however, the general public who are curious about the regional election results can access www.infopemilu.kpu.go.id in the evening to get an overview of the 2024 election results," explained muklis.
he added, of the 434 polling stations in kaur regency, 367 of them had medium strong signal quality, 37 were weak while the remaining 30 had no signal.
however, now the party is trying to find a solution regarding this network.
his party is also providing training with pps, kpps and ppk regarding the sirekap technique which requires uploading the vote count results after the vote count is carried out later.
"from the results of the upload that we will carry out later, it will be read using sirekap. how many votes each election participant received," he said.
meanwhile, bengkulu regional police chief akbp h. eko budiman s.ik, m.ik, m.si, is ready to mobilize all his members to secure the implementation of the upcoming elections.

"there are three very vulnerable tps in kaur regency. namely two tps in tanjung kemuning and one tps in permanent district," said the police chief.
he added that checking remote, blankspot and dangerous tps locations had been carried out some time ago
the aim is to plan security for distribution and also the implementation of future elections.
