Uji Kompetensi 41 Pejabat Pimpinan Tinggi Memasuki Tahap Perangkingan

Directly led by the Regional Secretary of Bengkulu Province, Isnan Fajri, accompanied by four other members of the selection committee.

Includes, Prof. Rohimin, Academician at UIN Fatmawati Bengkulu, Prof. Herawan Sauni and Dr. Drs.

Panji Suminar, MA from UNIB Academics and Edi Waluyo from Community Figures.

"This is material for evaluating and for making future policies," he said.

Responding to the Competency Test as a sign that transfers will take place in the near future, according to Gunawan Suryadi, this could be done according to the needs of the organization.

According to him, mutations are normal. This means according to needs and deemed necessary by the leadership.

"This Ujikom is different, not for open bidding or job fit to fill vacancies.

"This is only being carried out for PTPs within the Bengkulu Provincial Government, to carry out uni competency only," he concluded while explaining the two vacant positions within the Bengkulu Provincial Government.

In accordance with the mandate of the State Apparatus Commission (KSN), this Competency Test should be carried out once every two years.

"KSN's mandate is that Ujikom must be implemented within two years. The aim is to test the stability, capability and quality of bureaucratic human resources," explained Dempo, after the second day of the recess which was held at the Pasir Putih Hotel, Bengkulu City, Friday (2/1).

He added, in accordance with the Reform and Bureaucratic Law, these PPTs could be placed according to their location, abilities and functions.

That way, don't place it because of political or kinship interests.

"A family can, a team can, as long as they are competent. Those who can't, they are a team, they are a family but they are not competent.

41 pejabat pimpinan tinggi (ppt) sudah mengikuti uji kompetensi sejak selasa 30 januari - kamis 1 februari 2024, di hotel mercure bengkulu.
hasil penilaian dari masing-masing ptp tersebut, sudah dikantongi.

dan saat ini masih dalam tahap perangkingan, sebelum diserahkan kepada gubernur bengkulu, prof. dr. h rohidin mersyah, m.ma, sebagai pejabat pembuat komitmen (ppk).
"hasil ujikom (uji kompetensi, red) masih dalam tahap perangkingan dari nilai yang di dapat," terang sekretaris daerah (sekda) provinsi bengkulu, isnan fajri, s.sos, m.kes, saat dikonfirmasi rb jumat, (2/1). 
dikatakan isnan, ada 8 kriteria yang menjadi poin penilaian pada saat pelaksanaan uji kompetensi.
mulai dari kepemimpinan, komunikasi, cara mengambil keputusan, cara melakukan pembaruan terhadap kebijakan, serta penerapan inovasi.

"ada delapan item itu yang kita lakukan penilaian. tugas kita kan melakukan uji kompetensi, setelahnya akan kita serahkan kepada gubernur melalui kepala bkd," imbuhnya.

menjawab terkait uji kompetensi sebagai penanda akan dilakukannya mutasi dalam waktu dekat, menurut gunawan suryadi hal itu mungkin saja dilakukan sesuai kebutuhan organisasi. 
menurutnya, mutasi merupakan hal yang biasa. artinya sesuai kebutuhan dan dianggap perlu oleh pimpinan.

"ujikom ini berbeda, belum untuk open bidding atau job fit untuk mengisi kekosongan.
ini hanya dilajukan untuk ptp di lingkungan pemprov bengkulu, untuk dilakukan uni kompetensi saja," tutupnya sembari menjelaskan dua jabatan kosong di lingkungan pemprov bengkulu.
sementara itu, ketua komisi i dprd provinsi bengkulu, dempo xler, s.ip, m.ap, menuturkan pelaksnaaan uji kompetensi ini memang dibuat berkala. 
sesuai dengan amanat komisi aparatur negara (ksn), uji kompetensi ini seharusnya dilakukan per dua tahun sekali.

"amanat ksn, dua tahun harus dilaksanakan ujikom. tujuannya adalah menguji kestabilan, kemampuan, kualitas sumber daya manusia birokrasi," jelas dempo, usai pelaksanaan reses hari keduanya yang diaksanakan di hotel pasir putih kota bengkulu, jumat (2/1).
ia menambahkan, sesuai dengan undang-undang reformasi dan birokras, para ppt ini bisa ditempatkan sesuai dengan tempat, kemampuan, dan fungsinya.
dengan begitu, jangan sampai menempatkannya  karena kepentingan politik atau kekerabatan.
"boleh keluarga, boleh tim, asal kompeten. yang tidka boleh, dia tim, dia keluarga tetapi tidak kompeten.
catatannya, jangan sampai ujikom ini sebagai alat menakut-nakuti menjelang pemilu," demikian dempo.
