Dari informasi itu, personel Subdit I kembali melakukan penyelidikan, mencari keberadaaan Kermin yang merupakan legenda bandar sabu terkenal di Kota Bengkulu.
Kermin diamankan bersama DR alias Dede yang merupakan kurir atau peluncurnya.
Terungkap juga, Dede adalah adik ipar Kermin, yang ikut memulai kembali bisnis gelap Kermin.
Upaya penggeledahan memakan waktu hampir 1 jam. Hasilnya personel Subdit I mendapatkan 12 paket sabu yang disimpan di plafon kamar mandi. Sabu itu diselipkan di dalam gagang sikat, serta di gagang sapu.

According to the agenda set by the Bengkulu District Court (PN), Kermin Si'in should be charged by the Public Prosecutor (JPU) of the Bengkulu Prosecutor's Office.
The delay in the arraignment was explained by the legal advisor (PH) of the defendant Kermin, Dike Meyrisa, SH, MH due to an error in PH's power of attorney.
Because the number in the power of attorney does not yet exist.
"At that time, we checked at Sipp-PN Bengkulu, but the name Kermin was still an old matter.
"That's why we think it has not been registered and has not been registered in court," explained Dike.
Dike continued, however, suddenly yesterday morning, his party received news that the case involving his client was already in the Bengkulu District Court.
"That's why we're in such a hurry. "Yes (there was miscommunication)," said Dike.
So, based on the decision of the Panel of Judges at the trial, Thursday 1 February 2024.
The trial with the agenda of reading the defendant Kermin's indictment was postponed to Monday 5 February 2024.
"That's why it has been postponed to next week, today it will also be corrected and the case number will be included," he concluded.
The trial at the Bengkulu District Court yesterday was chaired by the Panel of Judges Edi Sanjaya Lase, SH.
After examining the defendant's PH power of attorney, the judge decided to postpone the trial of the case involving Kermin Siin.
"We have not yet received the PH Power of Attorney. "For this reason, we have postponed the trial to February 5 2024," said the Panel of Judges.
Just to review, the case files, evidence (BB) along with Kermin have been handed over by investigators from the Narcotics Directorate of the Bengkulu Regional Police, to the Public Prosecutor (JPU) of the Bengkulu High Prosecutor's Office (Kejati) in early January 2024.
This was confirmed by the Aspidum of the Bengkulu Prosecutor's Office, Herwin Ardiono, through the Head of the Penkum Section, Ristianti Andriani, when confirmed by RB.
Ristianti said, P.21 of the suspect Kermin's case file was carried out on January 9 2023, which was then followed by the second stage of delegation from investigators to the Bengkulu Prosecutor's Office.
"That's true, we at the Bengkulu Prosecutor's Office, in this case the Bengkulu Prosecutor's Office for General Crimes, have arrested the second suspect, Kermin Si'in," said Kasi Penkum.
Kermin was charged with Article 114 Paragraph (2) in conjunction with Article 132 Paragraph (1) of Republic of Indonesia Law Number 35 of 2009 concerning Narcotics.
Just to review, the series of revelations about Kermin's illicit business began with personnel from Sub-Directorate I of the Narcotics Directorate of the Bengkulu Regional Police arresting a courier with the initials SU alias Tris (40), a resident of Perum Graha Anitakira, Betungan Village, Selebar District.
SU, who works as a Debt Collector every day, was successfully arrested by personnel from Sub-Directorate I of the Narcotics Directorate on Jalan Soeprapto in Betungan Village, Tuesday 31 October 2023 at around 16.15 WIB.
SU admitted that he obtained the methamphetamine from someone with the initials KS alias Kermin Siin.
Based on this information, Subdit I personnel again carried out an investigation, looking for the whereabouts of Kermin, who is a legend of a famous methamphetamine dealer in Bengkulu City.
Kermin was secured together with DR alias Dede who was the courier or launcher.
It is also revealed that Dede is Kermin's brother-in-law, who helped restart Kermin's illegal business.
The search effort took almost 1 hour. As a result, Subdit I personnel found 12 packages of crystal methamphetamine which were stored in the bathroom ceiling. The methamphetamine was tucked into the brush handle, as well as the broom handle.
