LPS Bayar Klaim Tahap I Rp22,13 Miliar

East Java is one of the regions that often receives LPS attention.

Last year, three of the four banks handled by this institution came from East Java.

The locations are in Madiun, Pasuruan and Banyuwangi. Another one comes from Indramayu.

On the same occasion, Nur Fauziah admitted that she was relieved to be able to get her savings.

One of BPRS Mojo Artho's customers thanked LPS for their guarantee.

“Initially, our family was worried about the fate of our savings. "But after being told by LPS that our savings were fully guaranteed, we were relieved," he said.

kali ini lps menyalurkan klaim untuk eks nasabah bank perekonomian rakyat syariah (bprs) mojo artho, mojokerto. tahap pertama sudah menjamin 82 persen dari total nasabah bank tersebut.
pejabat pengganti sementara (pgs) kepala divisi kehumasan lps nur budiantoro menjelaskan, kasus pencabutan izin bprs di mojokerto dilakukan oleh ojk pada 26 januari 2024. 
hal tersebut disebabkan gagalnya upaya penyehatan bank yang dilakukan sejak ditetapkan sebagai bprs dalam pengawasan intensif (bpdi) pada 2020 silam.

’’dalam tiga hari kerja setelah bprs mojo artho ditutup, kami sudah melakukan verifikasi nasabah dan melaksanakan pembayaran klaim penjaminan tahap i,’’ ujarnya saat memantau proses pembayaran klaim penjaminan di bank syariah indonesia kcp mojokerto gajah mada, mojokerto, kemarin (2/2). 
pada tahap pertama, lps sudah memverifikasi 16.489 rekening.
angka tersebut mencapai 82 persen dari total jumlah rekening di bprs tersebut sebanyak 20.146 rekening.
namun, secara nominal, jumlah yang telah dibayarkan baru rp 22,13 miliar. sekitar 25 persen dari total simpanan sebanyak rp 86,63 miliar.

tahun lalu tiga dari empat bank yang ditangani oleh lembaga tersebut berasal dari jatim.
lokasinya berada di madiun, pasuruan, dan banyuwangi. satu lagi berasal dari indramayu.
pada kesempatan yang sama, nur fauziah mengaku lega bisa memperoleh simpanannya.

’’awalnya, kami sekeluarga khawatir akan nasib simpanan kami. tetapi setelah diberi tahu oleh lps bahwa simpanan kami dijamin sepenuhnya, kami menjadi lega,’’ ujarnya.
